Glyko® 糖生物学研究工具-糖苷酶
◆ 内切糖苷酶
内切糖苷酶可催化水解寡糖及多糖的内部糖苷键，其中内切糖苷酶F可断裂糖蛋白的天冬酰胺和甘露聚糖的糖苷键，内切糖苷酶H专一水解两个N-乙酰氨基葡糖之间的 β(1，4)糖苷键，其底物主要是高甘露糖型和杂合型糖链。
