B细胞ELISpot
有2种方式来检测抗原特异性B细胞：用抗原（A）或特异的抗免疫球蛋白抗体（B）包被PVDF板。利用生物素化的anti-IgG (A)或生物素化的抗原（B）来识别捕获的抗原特异性抗体。第二种方法仅需要少量的抗原就能产生更多清晰的斑点。使用FluoroSpot试剂盒可以检测B细胞分泌的多个免疫球蛋白亚型（请参考FluoroSpot荧光免疫斑点实验，可咨询欣博盛生物获取）。
