Fas配体(FasL)也称为CD178，CD95配体或TNFSF6，是一种大小为40kDa的Ⅱ型跨膜糖蛋白，属于TNF超家族的成员。FasL在活化的T细胞以及脾脏、睾丸和眼睛中表达。当它与受体CD95（Fas）结合时，FasL诱导凋亡细胞死亡以维持外周耐受性。有些肿瘤过度表达FasL并诱导浸润淋巴细胞凋亡，使肿瘤逃避免疫反应的影响。CD178/CD95的相互作用也被认为在CD8+细胞增殖和中性粒细胞外渗、趋化和存活中起作用。据报道，MFL3抗体可阻断CD178/CD95诱导的细胞凋亡。
