Our Chenodeoxycholic Acid ELISA Kit is designed for detection and quantitation of chenodeoxycholic acid in plasma, serum, feces, or lysates. This assay is a competitive ELISA where unknown samples are added to a plate pre-adsorbed with a chenodeoxycholic acid conjugate. An anti-chenodeoxycholic acid antibody is added, which is then detected by an HRP conjugated secondary antibody. Chenodeoxycholic acid levels in unknown samples are calculated based on a chenodeoxycholic acid standard curve.
保存温度:
Upon receipt, aliquot and store both the Anti-Chenodeoxycholic Acid Antibody and 100X Chenodeoxycholic Acid Conjugate at -20ºC and avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. Store all other components at 4ºC.
