Our NAD+/NADH Assay Kit detects NAD+ and NADH in cell and tissue lysates. Total NAD+/NADH can be detected or samples can be treated with an acid or base treatment to specifically detect NAD+ or NADH. This assay uses an enzymatic cycling reaction that reduces NAD+ to NADH, which then reacts with a fluorometric probe and is detected with a fluorescence plate reader at 530-570nm excitation and 590-600nm emission. NAD+/NADH levels in unknown samples are calculated based on the provided NAD+ standard curve.
保存温度:
Upon receipt, store the NAD Cycling Enzyme and NAD+ Standard at -80°C. Store the Fluorometric Probe and Electron Mediator at -20°C. Store the remaining components at 4°C.
