Our OxiSelect™ 8-Isoprostane Assay Kit provides a convenient method for absolute quantitation in just a few hours. The 8-Isoprostane ELISA is suitable for a variety of sample types including urine, plasma, and cell lysates.
保存温度:
Upon receipt, store the Anti-8-iso-PGF2α Antibody, 8-iso-PGF2α-HRP Conjugate, and 8-iso-PGF2α Standard at -20ºC. Make aliquots as necessary to avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Store all other kit components at 4ºC.
