An amine-terminated PAMAM dendrimer; ~45 Å in diameter; has 64 surface groups; inhibits α-synuclein fibril formation in a cell-free assay at 1 and 2 µM; active against E. coli (IC50 = 3.8 µg/ml); toxic to zebrafish embryos, inducing mortality at 120 hours post-fertilization at 0.5-20 µM; increases the oral bioavailability of camptothecin in mice without inducing gastrointestinal toxicity at 100 and 300 mg/kg in complex with camptothecin; PEG-PAMAM G4-FA-5FU-99mTc localizes to the tumor, as well as the liver and spleen, in a 4T1 murine mammary tumor model
