PuroMAG™ Endo-Free Plasmid MAXIprep Kit, Magnetic, 2 Preps Trial Kit

The PuroMAG™ Endo-Free Plasmid MAXIprep Kit is designed to provide a simple and easy-to-use method for large-scale extraction and purification of endotoxin-free plasmid DNA from cultured bacterial cells. This purification technology is based on plasmid binding to silica-coated magnetic beads, which allows for efficient removal of genomic DNA, protein, salt, and other contaminants. Following the lysis steps, endotoxins are removed using the Endotoxin Removal Buffer ERB. Endo-Free Plasmid MAXIprep Kit can be used to purify plasmid DNA from up to 300 mL of overnight bacterial culture. PuroMAG™ Endo-Free Plasmid MAXIprep Kit can purify up to 500 µg of plasmid DNA while keeping endotoxin levels at <0.1 EU/µg. The PuroMAG™ buffer formulations produce highly purified plasmid DNA for downstream applications, such as transfection, enzymatic digestion, or PCR.  Features: - Purify endotoxin-free plasmid DNA from large volumes (up to 300 mL) of bacterial cultures - Flexible magnetic bead-based protocols (low sample manual purification or high through-put automatic purification) and centrifugation is not required - Optimized buffer formulations to ensure efficient removal of RNA from plasmid samples - Rapid  purification of plasmid DNA (< 60 minutes), compared to ion-exchange column formats (> 3 hours) - High quality extracted plasmid DNA can be used for a range of downstream applications such as cloning, PCR, restriction enzyme digest, sequencing, transformation, or transfection
