PuroMAG™ Genomic DNA Purification Kit, Magnetic, 5 Preps Trial Kit

The PuroMAG™ Genomic DNA Purification Kit is designed to purify genomic DNA from different biological samples such as bacteria, yeast, mammalian cells, blood, and animal tissue. It greatly simplifies the purification process by incorporating a convenient and easy-to-use extraction technology based on nucleic acid binding to silica-coated magnetic beads. High quality DNA extracted with the PuroMAG™ Genomic DNA Purification Kit can be used for a range of downstream applications such as PCR, Southern blotting, or genomic sequencing. This kit offers various throughput applications using a manual magnetic rack or automated purification systems. High-throughput protocols have been optimized for Auto-Pure Nucleic Acid Purification systems, but can be adapted for other purification systems (i.e. Kingfisher Flex, Hamilton Microlab STAR, Biomek FX, etc.). Manual extraction can be performed using Luna Nanotech's 8-Position Mini Magnetic Rack (Cat# MGR-008) and 16-Position Mini Magnetic Rack (Cat# MGR-016). Features: - Easily purify genomic DNA from various biological samples - Flexible magnetic bead-based protocols (low sample manual purification or high through-put automatic purification) and centrifugation is not required - Specialized and detailed protocols for different sample types - High-quality extracted genomic DNA can be used for a range of downstream applications such as genomic sequencing, PCR, real-time qPCR, or Southern blotting
