PuroSPIN™ Large Sample Volume MINI Silica Columns Assembly are designed for application when a larger sample volume needs to be added to a MINI spin column. The assembly includes a capless MINI spin column, 25 mL extension adapter, and a collection tube. When in the assembled state, the sample is loaded onto the column + the adapter using a vacuum manifold. The MINI column can then be separated and used by itself in a standard centrifuge for washing and final sample elution steps. - Up to 25 mL of input sample volume cane be loaded at a time - Designed to be used with a vacuum manifold for sample addition, and with a standard tabletop centrifuge for sample washing and elution steps - Each item includes the MINI spin column, 25 mL volume extension adapter, and a sample collection tube - High binding capacity silica membrane is optimal for DNA and RNA extraction and purification - Optimal for purification of nucleic acids from environmental samples, or cell-free DNA from larger volume samples - For research use only * Adapter-compatible MINI spin columns with the collection tubes can be ordered separately, SKU: USP005-200
