SAPK4 antibody targets Stress-activated protein kinase 4, a serine-threonine protein kinase encoded by the MAPK13 gene and a member of the p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase family. Stress-activated protein kinase 4 is predominantly localized in the cytoplasm, with inducible nuclear translocation following activation, and functions as a key mediator of cellular responses to environmental stress signals.
