A FEN1 inhibitor and activator of STING (IC50 = 4.2 nM); increases the levels of γH2AX in MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 cells at 40 µM; induces chromosomal aberrations in MCF-7 cells at 20 or 50 µM; potentiates the proliferation inhibition induced by cisplatin, 5-fluorouracil, or temozolomide in MCF-7 cells at 20 µM; increases levels of cGAS, phosphorylated STING, CCL5, and CCL10 in HeLa and MCF-7 cells at 20 µM; reduces tumor volume and weight without affecting body weight, as well as increases the number of CD8+ T cell tumor infiltrates, in combination with CAR-expressing T cells in a HeLa mouse xenograft model at 5 mg/kg every other day
