转录因子分析 (Transcription Factor Assays)
Cayman研发的转录因子分析技术，采用非放射性、高灵敏度的方法，检测细胞核提取物中转录因子与DNA的特异性结合活性。该技术取代传统繁杂的EMSA方法，用96孔板形式来分析转录因子与DNA的结合。主要技术原理为，首先将特异性dsDNA序列(含应答元件)包被固定于96孔板中，再将含转录因子的核提取物加入板孔中孵育，转录因子与包被的DNA序列特异性结合，然后用转录因子特异性的一抗孵育，最后加入相应的二抗-HRP结合物，显色并于450nm读数。
