With Label IT® fluorophores and labels, you can quickly and easily label any purified single or double-stranded nucleic acid that’s at least 5 nucleotides long. Simply choose the right Label IT® reagent, add it to the nucleic acid, incubate for one hour*, and use the labeled nucleic acid in your choice of applications. To provide proper controls for your Label IT® labeled nucleic acids, the RNAi Delivery Control is available for visualization and tracking of transfected RNAi duplexes and offers: - High Sensitivity: Easily visualize transfected cells and assess transfection efficiency using fluorescent microscopy. - Inert Design - Does not target any mammalian genes or cause off-target effects. - Compatibility - Suitable for co-delivery experiments with functional siRNA. - Ease of Use - Supplied as a ready to use 10 µM stock solution with a 10X RNAi Dilution Buffer.
