Different cell types and cell culture conditions may require different concentrations of selection antibiotic. Perform a kill curve to determine the optimal working concentration for your experiment. Recommended concentration for selection of mammalian cells resistant to Puromycin is 0.5 to 10 µg/mL. 5 x 2mL (10mg/mL in DI water). Sterile filtered.
