TransIT®-Jurkat Transfection Reagent is a proprietary formulation specifically designed for Jurkat cells, but can also be used in other hard-to-transfect cell lines. Cells can be transfected in serum-containing media, eliminating the need for media changes and improving transfection effeciency. Maximize transfection performance in hard-to-transfect cell lines with a reagent that provides: - Unique Formulation: Optimized for performance in Jurkat cells and other hard-to-transfect cells such as K562, RAW 264.7, THP-1 cells - High Efficiency Delivery: Achieve 10-25% transfection efficiency in Jurkat cells to ensure experimental success - Delivery of Single or Multiple Plasmids: Suitable for many applications such as gene expression and promoter analysis TransIT®-Jurkat Transfection Reagent is ideal for accelerating your cell signaling and activation research applications, including high throughput screening.
