功能与背景:
This buffer is supplied as 10X PBS solution containing 1% Tween. It is used as 1X in all western blotting, ELISA and Chemiluminescence assays as a washing buffer, making blocking solution, diluting HRP-secondary and primary antibody etc. This buffer does not contain any sodium azide or mercury preservative and can be used for dilution of all antibodies, including peroxidase. This buffer does not contain any proteins.
