纤维连接蛋白（Fibronectin，FN）是1974年研究发现的一种高分子糖蛋白，是细胞黏附的主要分子之一。FN分子在进化过程中保守性很强，各种动物体液中的FN具有非常相近的结构、性质和生物学功能。FN是纤维蛋白、肝素、硫酸软骨素、胶原和整合素受体的配体，它参与多种细胞过程，包括细胞黏附、迁移、血液凝固、形态发生、组织修复和细胞信号转导等。FN的应用主要表现在两个方面：1.作为生化试剂，为细胞培养和生物工程的工业化提供基础。2、多种疾病的诊断和治疗（如伤口的修复和愈合，癌症的诊断和治等）。
