图3. DNAs were extracted using this kit from yeast (Pichia pastoris) colony into which genes were introduced at 2 positions in genome sequence. PCR was then performed to confirm whether gene introduction was successful (target amplification product: approximately 3.5 kb). The extraction process took 8 minutes. The extraction was easily completed without organic solvent treatment.
