功能与背景:

Reacts with rat CD11a, a glycoprotein of 160-170 kD which is associated with CD18. CD11a is one of the leucocyte integrins (b2 integrin) which plays an important part in leucocyte physiology. Functionally, this monoclonal inhibits homotypic aggregation of PHA blasts. It also blocks binding of rat lymphocytes to purified rat ICAM-1.
