CUTANA™ Protease Inhibitor Tablets
产品描述:
This EDTA-free cocktail inhibits various serine and cysteine proteases, resulting in stabilization of target proteins isolated from animal tissues, plants, and yeast for in situ assays like ChIC/CUT&RUN (EpiCypher 14-1048) or CUT&Tag (EpiCypher 14-1102/14-1103). Absence of EDTA and other chelating agents is essential for the controlled activation of pAG-MNase (EpiCypher 15-1016/15-1116) and pAG-Tn5 (EpiCypher 15-1017/15-1117), but leaves metallo- and aspartic proteases inhibited. This product is also used in the preparation of CUTANA™ Nuclei Extraction Buffer (EpiCypher 21-1026).
