With Label IT® fluorophores and labels, you can quickly and easily label any purified single or double-stranded nucleic acid that’s at least 5 nucleotides long. Simply choose the right Label IT® reagent, add it to the nucleic acid, incubate for one hour*, and use the labeled nucleic acid in your choice of applications. The structure and functionality of your nucleic acid will remain intact, and the process can be used with even the most sensitive cell lines including hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells, iPSCs, and human T cells. - One-step Chemical Method: Easily and consistently control the labeling reactions. - Adjustable Labeling Density: Achieve high sensitivity with optimally labeled DNA and RNA. - Covalent Mechanism: Permanent, non-destructive modification of nucleic acid residues is ideal for many diverse applications; labels do not impact hybridization performance. - MFP488 offers high photostability and stability at low pH. *Incubation time is adaptable to your needs
