This antibody was raised against RAS G12A mutant. Based on in-house and independent lab testing, it also cross-reacts with RAS G12S and Wide type , but does not react with RAS G12D, G12V, G12R, and G12C mutants. Cross-reactivity with wild-type RAS has only been observed under conditions of overexpression and is not detected at endogenous levels.
