TransIT®-HeLaMONSTER Transfection Kit contains a proprietary, non-liposomal cationic polymer/lipid formulation specifically designed for HeLa cells, as well as a Boost Reagent for maximal performance. Cells can be transfected in serum-containing media, eliminating the need for media changes and improving transfection effeciency. Maximize transfection performance in HeLa cells with a kit that provides: - High Efficiency Delivery: Each kit contains a base reagent and a booster reagent to optimize transfection performance in HeLa cells. Allows up to 50-60%+ transfection efficiency in HeLa cells. - Low Cellular Toxicity: Maintain cell density and reduce experimental bias. - Single or Multiple Plasmid Delivery: For specialized applications including gene expression and promoter analysis.
