The TransIT®-mRNA Transfection Kit provides high efficiency transfection of large RNA molecules such as mRNA or viral RNA, is easy to use and minimizes cellular toxicity due to its ability to transfect RNA in the presence of serum. The kit consists of the TransIT®-mRNA Reagent - a novel, non-liposomal cationic polymer/lipid formulation and the mRNA Boost Reagent - a proprietary compound. High Efficiency Delivery - Ensures experimental success by effectively transfection RNA into a large percentage of the cell population. Low Cellular Toxicity - Maintain cell density and reduce transfection-induced toxicity. Serum Compatibility - Perform transfections in teh presence of serum which eliminates the need for media change and maintains cellular health. Broad Spectrum RNA Delivery - Ideal for specialized applications, such as viral production, protein expression from mRNA and stem cell reprogramming.
