Human Uterus: Cervix (Normal) tissue lysate
产品描述:
Cervix tissue lysate was prepared by homogenization in modified RIPA buffer. Tissue and cell debris was removed by centrifugation. Protein concentration was determined with Bio-Rad protein assay. The product was boiled for 5 min in 1 x SDS sample buffer containing 5% β-mercaptoethanol.

Store as concentrated solution. Centrifuge briefly prior to opening vial. Aliquot and store at -20ºC or below. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
